At Biliyon, we specialise in delivering quality Civil Services, General Building, Vegetation Management, and Electrical Infrastructure solutions. Based in Centurion, Gauteng, and proudly 100% Black-owned, we are ISO certified and a Level 1 BEE company with deep roots in South Africa and a vision for sustainable growth and community upliftment.
Founded in 2009 by Tenda Nemukula, Biliyon was built to bridge the gap between infrastructure development and meaningful social progress. With experience spanning law, business, and project management—across aviation, mining, ICT and property—Tenda saw an opportunity to do more than just build. He set out to create a company that delivers exceptional technical results while creating jobs, supporting schools, and making a lasting difference in local communities.
Today, Biliyon works with government departments, municipalities, large corporates, property developers, and socially responsible partners. We are ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified, CIDB graded, and trusted by clients such as Eskom, Sasol, Transnet, PRASA, and multiple municipalities across Gauteng.
